Updated rooms, spacious bathrooms. Enjoyed coffee and fruit for breakfast. The staff here are super helpful and professional 😊.

Access to free shuttle to ferry, downtown and proximity to airport - within walking distance. Good facilities for storing and cooking one's own food. WiFi worked well. Good selection of restaurants and other stores nearby.

it was as expected, had a good stay for 6 nights. the room was top-notch and great-sized with a king size bed included. location: the hotel was right by a good restaurant for breakfast and the airport terminal and the ferry terminal. we had lunch in subway, placed close by.

Great location in the Valley! Not too far from a nice spot called Valley Restaurant, where I grabbed a bite a couple of times. 🍴

It had a room.

Booked.net screwed up the reservation by booking us a smoking room. Extended Stay was not helpful in taking any responsibility for this error, but instead blamed me. My reservation confirmation from Booked.net did not say smoking anywhere. The room was not very clean, the sink was clogged with hair, the walls are paper thin and you could hear every person walking by in the hallway. On top of everything else, the "breakfast" was very cheap and crappy: granola bars, instant oatmeal, prepackaged muffins. I can't believe how expensive this POS hotels was.

The staff was friendly.

The hotel was 12 miles away from downtown. That meant that I had to take a taxi or the bus to get to the events happening downtown and couldn't stay late when the fun things were happening because I couldn't get a ride back to the hotel.

A comfy room with a spacious king-size bed 🛏️. The food selection was awesome, lots of different choices to pick from. The location is great - super convenient, near the Valley and airport, and there's a nice local restaurant nearby.

I definitely liked the location and will more than likely stay there again the next time I'm in Juneau.

I didn't like the fact that there wasn't any cookware/coffee pot in the rooms. For instances, I like to make my own coffee in the morning instead of getting all dressed and heading to the lobby. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you.
